Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Able to report changes to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and residents with ADLs such as bathing, hygiene, and dressing.
• Report changes in patient condition to charge nurse.
• Participate in care planning as directed.
