Qualifications

• HHA/CNA experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Ability to work live-in assignments in the Worcester area.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide transportation to appointments when needed.
• Ensure safety supervision and overnight presence.
• Encourage independence and dignity for clients.
