Job summary

LENDA LOU ENTERPRISES LLC is seeking a devoted live-in caregiver to support a client in a senior living community in Texas. This role focuses on non-medical, one-on-one care, companionship, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs and IADLs, coordinating transportation, and engaging the client in activities. Reliable, patient and communicative individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience strongly preferred, especially with ADLs and IADLs.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Friendly, personable, patient with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Assist with IADLs (meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders).
• Transport client to appointments and errands as needed.
• Encourage participation in activities and social events within the community.
• Build trusting relationship while promoting independence and dignity.
• Maintain clear communication with care team and family.
