LENDA LOU ENTERPRISES LLC is hiring caregivers in Texas to provide compassionate care in clients’ homes. If you are dependable, patient, and caring, you can make a meaningful difference while joining a supportive team.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, recognition through Caregiver of the Month, Aflac after 90 days, PTO after 6 months, opportunities to grow, and welcome PRN hours. Roles include companion and personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with seniors in a home setting (Preferred).
• English proficiency & excellent communication skills.
• 2 professional references.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to travel; Reliable transportation; Valid driver’s license.
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a PLUS — but NOT required!

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping for clients.
• Meal preparation.
• Transportation and errands for clients.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
