Job summary

FCP Live-In is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs or PCAs for live-in caregiver roles in Andover, CT and surrounding areas. The job features per diem scheduling with a yearly salary range of $54,236 to $63,336 for a full schedule of 63 hours per week.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene, ambulation support, medication oversight, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping and dementia/hospice care. Flexible availability across VT, NH, ME, CT, MA, RI and FL is required as stated by the

Qualifications

• You are a certified CNA, HHA, or PCA and have experience working with the elderly.
• Successful clearance of health screens as required by state regulations.
• Background and reference checks required.
• Flexibility to work across VT, NH, ME, CT, MA, RI and FL.

Responsibilities

• Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing.
• Ambulation assistance and help with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Medication oversight and reminders.
• Companionship and social engagement.
• Cooking, meal and snack preparation.
• Shopping, errands, transportation to appointments.
• Light homemaking activities.
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s care and hospice care.
