Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to determine each patient's unique needs and personal circumstances.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patients, emphasizing their specific cultural and personal backgrounds.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address various mental health concerns, foster resilience, and encourage overall well-being.
• Coordinate patient care with psychiatrists and other healthcare collaborators to ensure a holistic treatment approach.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering vital support during mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Maintain confidential and thorough documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to contribute to case discussions and share insights on cultural competency training.
