Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement food preparation and kitchen services.
• Order food and supplies and document related activities.
• Supervise kitchen, dining area, and food storage areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in menu planning, budgeting, and dietary record-keeping as needed.
• Meet with supervisor and dietitian to review menus and progress.
