Fundamental is hiring a Dietary Aide in South Carolina to support meal preparation and service for patients and residents. You will follow menus, accommodate dietary orders, and assist the dietary team to ensure timely service and high-quality meals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and service of meals for patients, employees and events as directed by Dietary Manager.
• Serve food according to planned menu and patient’s diet orders.
• Support cook by ensuring portions are correct and food safety standards are followed.
• Wash dishes when needed or instructed by Dietary Manager.
