Cumberland Heights Foundation is seeking a Food Services Assistant to help the Manager and Chef with daily meal preparation and to keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, safe, and compliant with health regulations.

You will set up condiments, assist with meal service, and ensure proper sanitation across all kitchen stations, contributing to a welcoming environment for patients and families.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to speak and read English; good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Completion of Metro health department food handlers safety and sanitation course.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Manager and Chef with daily meal preparation.
• Prepare salad bar daily; ensure freshness and appealing appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining room and beverage areas.
• Set up condiments and serve hot and cold lines; act as food runner.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and work stations.
• Ensure health requirements compliance and food safety practices.
