Cumberland Heights Foundation, in partnership with ARCH Academy, seeks a Food Services Assistant to support daily meal preparation and maintain a clean, safe kitchen and dining area for patients and families. The role emphasizes safe food handling, timely meal service, and a respectful, healing environment.

Responsibilities include assisting the Manager and Chef, managing the salad bar, washing dishes, stocking supplies, and maintaining beverage stations to ensure quality meals for residents and

Formación

• High school or GED required; 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to speak and read English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Manager and Chef with daily meal preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining room and beverage stations.
• Set up condiments and ensure proper sanitation and safe food handling.
• Perform dishroom duties and keep equipment and surfaces clean and orderly.
• Support service during meals and ensure a welcoming environment for patients and families.
