Heritage Springs Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher (Dining Services Associate) to join our team. You will help serve residents with nutritious meals while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and a positive environment.

You'll work in day and swing shifts, 7am–2pm and 11am–7:30pm, with weekend availability required. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and compassionate service in a Cascade Living community.

Formación

• Experience washing dishes or similar roles in fast-paced environments.
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and team members.
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time.
• Quick learner who is able to master working with various types of equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen including washing dishes, cleaning floors, taking out trash, and stocking the refrigerator.
• Properly distribute and store away food.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Work in a team environment where communication is key.
