Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a Dishwasher (Dining Services Associate) to join Cascades of the Sierra. You’ll help keep a clean, safe kitchen and support residents with nutritious meals in a team setting.

We offer Full Time and Part Time openings with shifts 6:30am-2:30pm, 7am-3pm, and 10am-6pm; weekend availability is required. Wages range from $14.50 to $16.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience washing dishes or similar roles in fast-paced environments.
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and team members.
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time.
• Quick learner who is able to master working with various types of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment including washing dishes, cleaning floors, taking out the trash and stocking the refrigerator.
• Properly distribute and store away food.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Work in a team environment where communication is key.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
