Qualifications

• Daily care for dogs, cats, and other hospitalized or boarding animals.
• Maintain kennels, cages, runs, and treatment areas clean and sanitary.
• Follow feeding instructions, medication schedules, and care instructions.
• Observe animals for signs of illness or distress and report concerns promptly.
• Safely handle and restrain animals using appropriate techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinary staff with patient care and routine hospital tasks.
• Document feeding, cleaning, walking, and other activities as required.
• Maintain inventory of kenneling supplies and equipment.
• Assist with admitting and discharging boarding or hospitalized patients.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients, clients, and team members.
