Job summary

Casper Animal Medical Center – Sunrise Pet Lodge is seeking a Kennel Attendant to care for daycare pets and boarding guests across shifts. The role includes feeding, walking, cleanup, and monitoring behavior, with emphasis on safety and compassion.

The position offers full- or part-time hours, potential overtime, and starting pay from $12 to $14 per hour based on experience. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and standing long periods.

Qualifications

• Client service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic pet grooming skills.
• Read and interpret medication and food charts.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, e-mail, boarding software, AVImark).

Responsibilities

• Walk, feed, and provide water for daycare guests and boarders.
• Clean kennels and runs daily.
• Monitor health and behavior; escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and safe environment.
