Serenity at Heart is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide non-medical in-home support and promote dignity and safety in clients' homes. Duties include assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and documentation, with CPR certification encouraged.

Ideal candidates bring experience in home care, reliable transportation, and strong communication. A compassionate, dependable demeanor and ability to pass background screening are required to join our growing team.

Competenze

• Experience in home care or similar setting.
• CPR certification completed or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background screening and TB test.

Mansioni

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Toileting and incontinence care.
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Meal preparation and feeding support.
• Light housekeeping related to client care.
• Medication reminders (as permitted).
• Support client goals and independence.
• Assist with community outings and appointments.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
