Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform ADL tasks and personal care per care plan.
• Take and record vitals as ordered; assist with ambulation and ROM.
• Complete visit records per EveryStep policy.
• Maintain safety and proper use of equipment.
• Report client condition and changes to Home Health RN.
• Attend trainings and client care conferences as scheduled.
• Provide household services essential to health care.
• Assist with medications that are self-administered.
• Follow corporate compliance and ethical guidelines.
