Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Manalapan, NJ is seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional for in-home and community one-to-one support with a 53-year-old individual who has cerebral palsy and limited verbal communication.

You will provide hands-on personal care, maintain a supportive, dignified environment, and encourage independence while following care plans. A reliable vehicle is preferred; driving on shift is required. Schedule: Tue, Thu, Sat 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. Pay: $18–$21/hour.

Qualifications

• Hands-on personal care as required by the assignment.
• Reliable, respectful, patient, and attentive to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide one-to-one supervision, companionship, and safety support.
• Assist with community participation, errands, appointments, and meaningful activities.
• Follow individualized care and safety instructions within DSP scope and training.
• Observe for and report changes or concerns promptly.
• Complete required service documentation and timekeeping accurately and on time.
