Job summary

Herewith is seeking an In-Home Dialysis Care Partner to support patients receiving home dialysis in Fate, TX. You will help with setup, safety, and wellbeing, working with a clinical care team to ensure quality care in the patient’s home.

Candidates should have dialysis experience, be reliable and empathetic, and pass a background check through the Herewith platform. Weekly hours are consistent and compensation is $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting).
• Familiarity with home dialysis machines is preferred.
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support dialysis treatments at patient homes (NxStage, Tablo, or equivalent).
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor safety and assist with light ADLs.
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
• Document concerns or changes observed during support hours.
