Job summary

Herewith is seeking an In-Home Dialysis Care Partner for Fate, TX. You will support patients receiving dialysis in their homes, ensuring safety, proper prep for treatment, and ongoing well‑being. This role involves independent work with clinical team backing and requires dialysis machine experience.

You will be matched to patients based on skill fit and personality, with training and placement assistance provided. Weekly hours are consistent, and the compensation is $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dialysis machine experience.
• Reliable, empathetic and detail‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Must pass background check via Herewith platform.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support patient setup for dialysis treatments (NxStage, Tablo or equivalent).
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor safety and assist with light ADLs.
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
• Document any concerns or changes observed during support hours.
