Synergy HomeCare in Clearwater, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals who need assistance at home. You will perform ADLs, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and monitor client conditions.

Earn $18-$20 per hour with direct deposit, overtime and holiday pay, a supportive 24/7 team, flexible on-call scheduling, and opportunities for recognition and merit increases.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.
• Current Negative TB Test.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
