Synergy HomeCare in Saint Petersburg, FL, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality in-home care for seniors and adults needing assistance. You will support clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, appointments, and light housekeeping, while following individualized care plans.

This role requires a valid CNA license, CPR certification, at least one year of caregiving experience, and a clean driving record with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid CNA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of in-home caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting.
• Current negative TB test.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Accompanying clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
