Job summary

Royalty Health and Wellness Resources PC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide homemaking and personal care in clients’ homes in North Carolina. CNAs work under supervision of a supervising nurse, following state regulations, and are eligible for company benefits.

Wages range between 15.00 - 20.00 hourly. The role requires a valid NC CNA I certification, ability to pass background checks and drug screening, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift and assist

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NC CNA I certification.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping and personal care per care plan.
• Offer companionship and socialization to clients.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, feeding, continence care, toileting.
• Assist with transferring and lifting as directed.
• Take vital signs as indicated by client condition.
• Arrange transportation for appointments and activities.
• Meal preparation and home management tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and document care.
• Report changes to supervisor and adhere to agency policies.
