Qualifications

• Responsible and comfortable working independently in a client's home.
• Respectful of each client's dignity, privacy, and individual needs.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members.
• Willing to follow care plans, company policies, and client-specific instructions.
• Able to meet all applicable employment and client-care requirements.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification required for CNA positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Bathing, grooming, and dressing clients.
• Toileting and incontinence care.
• Mobility and transfers.
• Meal preparation and assistance with meals.
• Medication reminders, as allowed by regulations and care plan.
• Light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
• Provide transportation or run errands when needed.
