Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• State CNA certification if applicable.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong communication abilities with clients and healthcare staff.
• Calm, professional demeanor for high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide comfort measures and basic baths or dressings as needed.
• Monitor and report vitals and observations to healthcare staff.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
