Stand Out Home Care is seeking caring, dependable in-home caregivers to support clients across Tennessee. Our team helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA/CHOICES programs.

We offer flexible schedules—full-time or part-time—with weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and growth opportunities as the company expands. Join a supportive office and scheduling team committed to excellent patient care.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
