Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and we’re seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join our team. We provide in-home care for private-pay clients, VA and CHOICES programs, with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules and weekly pay.

Our caregivers are the heart of our service, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home while offering companionship and support across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Run errands and assist with daily routines.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
