Job summary

Penick Village in Southern Pines, NC seeks an In-Home Aide to provide compassionate in-home care under the supervision of the Home Care RN Supervisor. You will assist with activities of daily living, follow plans of care, and work with families and physicians to meet residents’ needs.

Responsibilities include monitoring client status, administering prescribed medications, documenting care, and maintaining safe, clean environments. A valid NC driver license and smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and professional In-Home Aide. Strong interpersonal communication required.
• Ability to follow Plan of Care and report changes to RN Supervisor.
• Must meet NC registry requirements and maintain HIPAA/privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client health and communicate with the care team.
• Follow the plan of care for ADLs and medications.
• Document daily tasks and changes in client condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and PPE usage as required.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
