Job summary

Namaste Home Care in Colorado is hiring Home Caregivers to provide nonmedical support in clients’ homes and communities. You will assist with activities of daily living, offer companionship, and help clients stay independent in their own residences.

The role centers on client satisfaction and safety, following care plans, and delivering respectful, compassionate care to individuals with aging or disability needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and listening skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to effectively communicate with the client and the office staff.
• Ability to read and write clear English.
• Able to pass background checks
• Valid driver’s license and insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ambulation, bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide meal planning and preparation support.
• Perform light housekeeping and shopping/errands within care plan limits.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to client and family.
• Report changes and ensure safety and adherence to care plan.
