As a PCA, you will support clients with personal care, meals, mobility, companionship, and light housekeeping, while following individual care plans. Training in dementia or Alzheimer’s care is offered for skill expansion.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a Valid Driver's License, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• First aid and emergency response training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Assist with medication reminders and mobility support.
