As an In Home Patient Care Assistant - PCA, you will assist with personal care, meals, housekeeping, and companionship while following care plans and reporting changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver''s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and emergency response training (provided if needed).
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes on schedule.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with light exercise and mobility.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping and cooking tasks.
• Report health changes and incidents promptly.
• Provide companionship and respond in emergencies.
• Accompany clients on shopping trips.
