Job summary

A Place At Home - Inland Empire West is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver for part-time, Monday through Friday morning shifts. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors in their homes.

We value reliability, excellent communication, and strong references; you must have 2 years of caregiving experience, be registered with the Guardian Registry, and hold a current TB test. We offer training, 401k with match, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Registered with the Guardian Registry.
• Current, valid TB test.
• Professional references verifying caregiving work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and professional in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care including personal care, medication management, and companionship.
• Foster a nurturing environment promoting comfort, independence, and dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs for seniors.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans.
• Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or a genuine passion for providing compassionate care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a caring approach.
• Knowledge of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
