Job summary

City Net Homeless Services in Inland Empire, CA is hiring a Full-Time Caregiver – In-Home Senior Care to support our clients with compassionate, respectful assistance in the home.

You’ll provide personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship, with flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Training and advancement opportunities are offered; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving, HHA, PCA, or CNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain soon.
• Housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer technique abilities.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and dignity: bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Prepare healthy meals and keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Provide timely medication reminders and monitor basic health cues.
• Offer active companionship: conversation, games, walks, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Assist with light exercise as directed by professionals.
