Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and support adherence to treatment plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
• Monitor clients' condition and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments.
• Follow care plans while protecting client confidentiality.
