CareCo Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. You will follow care plans, provide personal care, and assist with daily tasks while maintaining open communication with the CareCo team.

We value reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. CNA certification is preferred but not required, with 401(k) and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to cook simple meals.
• Punctual and dependable.
• CNA certification is a strong advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines in clients' homes.
• Provide personal care and hygiene support.
• Prepare simple meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with the CareCo team as needed.
