Job summary

CareCo Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent, performing daily routines, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands as needed.

We value reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow care plans while providing emotional support and companionship. CNA certification is a strong advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Compassionate, patient and able to work independently.
• Able to follow care plans and instructions from CareCo.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and activities of clients.
• Provide personal care and hygiene support.
• Prepare simple meals for clients.
• Light housekeeping and errands as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with the CareCo team as required.
