Job summary

Right at Home Salt Lake is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities at home. You will provide companionship, assist with personal hygiene and mobility, prepare meals, keep homes safe, and help with transportation to appointments.

Starting pay is $17.00–$18.25/hour with opportunities for training, bonuses after probation, and benefits including 401(k) with matching, PTO, and 24/7 on-call support.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care
• Experience using a hoyer lift and gait belt (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and home safety.
• Transport clients to appointments or outings and remind them of medications.
