Job summary

Right at Home Utah Valley is seeking dependable full-time caregivers to assist seniors and adults with disabilities in remaining safe and independent at home. This hands-on role offers a year-round schedule and the chance to build meaningful relationships with clients.

We provide one-on-one care, paid training, and a supportive local office team. Starting pay is $17 per hour with paid time off and opportunities to take on additional hours while making a real difference in daily life.

Qualifications

• Year-round availability for a consistent full-time schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Compassionate and professional communication.
• Comfortable assisting clients with personal care and mobility.
• Ability to safely lift, transfer and reposition more than 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Prepare simple meals.
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands and transportation when needed.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the office.
