Job summary

Visiting Angels in Concord, NH seeks a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide in-home care, ensuring safety, comfort, and independence for our seniors.

You will build trusting relationships with clients, perform personal care tasks, assist with meals and daily activities, and document care via a smartphone app. Join a supportive team with flexible shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for seniors and/or adults with disabilities, professionally or personally.
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Run errands and grocery shop
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities
• Document care using a smartphone application
• Help promote each client's safety, comfort, and independence
