Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare in Carol Stream, IL is seeking dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide in‑home support for clients in DuPage County. This full‑time role includes hourly and live‑in positions, with overnight/night/weekend shifts often available.

You will assist with personal care, hygiene, meals, medications reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation while monitoring clients and reporting changes to the healthcare team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
CNA certification preferred.
Experience in caregiving, especially with elderly clients, preferred.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Reliable, compassionate, dedicated to client well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, hygiene, and companionship; support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, meal prep, and medication reminders.
Light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed.
Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team.
Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment.
