Job summary

Circle of Care Colorado seeks an in-home Homemaker Attendant to assist families with homemaking, meal preparation, and safe-home management at clients' residences. The role emphasizes respectful communication with clients and team, strict confidentiality, and adherence to care plans.

You will perform light housekeeping, assist with meals, errands, and documentation while maintaining safety and professionalism across all home visits.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret safety rules and care instructions.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Maintains client confidentiality per policy.
• Keeps good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs light housekeeping to keep the client safe at home (bed making, bathroom and kitchen cleaning).
• Prepares meals per care plan and dietary needs; runs errands as authorized.
• Works as scheduled and communicates schedule changes promptly to agency and client.
• Documents activities and client concerns during visits; submits paperwork accurately.
• Represents agency professionally and adheres to policies; maintains confidentiality and safety at all times.
