A Place At Home, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors in Jacksonville. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping while offering companionship and ensuring a safe, comfortable home environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass Level 2 background check.
• CPR certified.
• Must pass drug testing.
• Dependable, compassionate, and organized.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Support clients with their individual care plans.
• Encourage independence and participation in everyday activities.
• Observe and communicate changes in a client’s condition or needs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
