Community Living And Support Services (CLASS) is seeking a Direct Care Worker for a part-time in-home role. You will provide non-medical in-home services to adults with disabilities and seniors, following each participant's plan of care, including ADL/IADL support and housekeeping.

You will use EVV to capture tasks and must maintain professional communication. This position requires high school diploma, at least 18, reliable transportation, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working directly with individuals with disabilities.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Mansioni

• Provide non-medical in-home services to eligible adults according to the plan of care.
• Provide one-on-one ADL assistance (transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming).
• Provide one-on-one IADL assistance (meal prep, shopping, transportation, appointments).
• Provide housekeeping services (laundry, linens, vacuuming, dishes, floors).
• Perform health maintenance activities per the care plan.
• Use EVV to record tasks and shifts accurately.
• Report concerns to supervisor and follow agency policies.
