Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking empathetic caregivers to support clients in daily living tasks in Lewis County, WA. The role includes a mix of personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship, with emphasis on safety and client well-being.

We offer paid training (HCA/CNA training available), flexible scheduling, and weekly pay to help you thrive in a supportive team. Centralia area offices serve Chehalis, Adna, Toledo, Napavine and nearby communities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. on rare occasions
• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Responsibilities

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition
