Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers in Centralia to support clients in Lewis County and surrounding areas. No certification? We offer paid HCA training, with the 2-week program running Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM at our Centralia office.

We provide multiple shifts, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required to transport clients; mileage is reimbursed.

• Must be able to assist with activities of daily living.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow care plans and instructions.
• Committed to ongoing learning and training.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping and errands.
• Transport clients with a valid driver’s license when required.
