All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support clients in WA, including Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and West Richland. You will provide in-home personal care with compassion and discretion, helping with daily living activities and mobility while maintaining client dignity.

The role offers flexible schedules, daily pay options, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities. A current HCA/CNA license, clean background, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualificações

• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assisting with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including Nurse Delegation certifications when required.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when trained.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only.
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the appropriate care team.
