Job summary
Family & Nursing Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for older adults across Eastern Pennsylvania. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and monitor health in clients’ homes.
Experience in caregiving and a valid PA CNA or HHA certification is preferred but not required. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid orientation, and opportunities to grow with a long-established home care provider.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on caregiving with older adults in the last 3 years.
- PA CNA License or HHA certification preferred but not required.
- United States resident with eligibility to work.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home care to older adults.
- Assist with daily living activities and independence.
- Monitor health and communicate changes to families.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
