Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support an adult male who is paralyzed from the waist down in his Monroe, Wisconsin home. The role involves hands-on personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and ensuring safety and comfort throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable and respectful, with experience in caregiving or CNA/PCA roles. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Caregiving, patient care, and daily living activities experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with transfers and physical tasks.
• Strong communication and compassionate, respectful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to a bed-bound male client.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Assist with ostomy care and catheter.
• Reposition for comfort and safety.
• Help with meals, hydration and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe home.
• Assist with laundry, errands and routine household tasks.
• Provide companionship and daytime support.
