Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about making a difference. Prior caregiving experience and CPR/First Aid knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of basic home care, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help with mobility and ambulation (transfers, walking, doctor appointments)
• Support clients with medication reminders
• Assist with physical therapy exercises as directed
• Plan and prepare meals based on dietary needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with shopping and errands
• Observe and report any changes or unusual incidents
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
