Right at Home in Whittier, CA is hiring an experienced In-Home Care Aide to deliver compassionate personal care in clients' homes with a flexible schedule and paid training. Pay rate will be based on level of care provided to the client.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Must be able to pass a full employment background check.
• Must provide Negative Tuberculosis Test.
• Willing to provide care to both female and male clients.
• Willing to provide personal care.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living.
• Assists with transportation, feeding, meal prep and housekeeping tasks.
• Performs patient-specific tasks under nurse guidance, including medication reminders and ROM exercises.
• Supports dementia care, incontinence care, showers and toileting assistance.
