Job summary

Right at Home Northwest Orange County, CA is seeking an experienced In Home Care Aide to join our caregiving team. You will provide in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities and light housekeeping, while ensuring safety and comfort.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and performance-based bonuses. New grads welcome; a valid driver's license helps scheduling travel between clients.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Must be able to pass a full employment background check.
• Must be able to provide Negative Tuberculosis Test.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide transportation support and accompany clients as needed.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Follow patient-specific instructions taught by a Right at Home nurse.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
